Call for Works

We are delighted to announce that NeoRomMods is launching an online journal. We hope to foster an online network of students and ECRs by publishing content that engages with Romanticist theories of mind and artistic practices and their interaction in modernist and twentieth century literature, art and culture.
​
We warmly invite contributions on Romantic works, modernism, and modernity. We are particularly interested in the points of connection and nodes of departure between these, with attention to the place of science and technology within these fields of study.
Submission Guidelines
We welcome submissions from all; artists, students, researchers, activists, academics and enthusiasts.
​
We encourage submissions in a variety of forms: artistic, creative, sound recordings, photographic, image-based, filmic, or written work.
Written pieces should be 800 - 1000 words, but are open to shorter or longer pieces of work depending on the idea.

We hope to publish on a regular monthly basis, and have an open, rolling call for works.
​
The deadline for the first issue is 15th January 2020.
